Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Close new business opportunities in target markets such as public safety, security, and industrial operations.
- Individual who is comfortable and experienced in a Quota and Metric-driven Sales operation.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Product Expertise: Become a subject matter expert on Paladin’s drone technology, demonstrating its value through presentations, product demos, and customized proposals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Paladin’s solutions.
- Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer success, to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, technology, or hardware solutions.
- Skills & Competencies: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market; Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; Ability to build trust and credibility with clients at all organizational levels; Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and explain complex products quickly.
- PREFERRED: Experience selling to public safety or government sectors; Knowledge of drone technology and its applications.
