Responsibilities

• Engage and interact with customers daily.
• Attend Sales trainings and coaching camps on a weekly basis.
• Foster team building and provide mentorship to fellow colleagues.
• Provide exceptional customer experience from presentation through installation.
• Assisting customers through the Roofing buying process from start-finish.

Qualifications

• Possess outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Demonstrate self-motivation, integrity, and unwavering determination.
• Thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments.
• Naturally adept at building relationships and skilled in articulating thoughts and ideas.
• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
