About the role
Our client is on a mission to revolutionize how companies manage their people through the power of AI. We're seeking an experienced Account Executive to take our SaaS product from a high-growth startup to mid-market organizations, setting the stage for future enterprise expansion.
Responsibilities
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- High level of drive, discipline, creativity, and motivation
- Strong organizational, planning, analytical, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Action-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, customers, and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS sales
- Proven experience selling in fast-paced Series A, B, or C startup environments
- Demonstrated success running mid-market sales cycles end-to-end, including cold outreach, discovery and qualification, product demonstrations, negotiation, and close
- Strong experience in deal strategy, structuring, and pricing negotiations
- Congnistent track record of negotiating and closing deals with $20K+ ACVs
- A consistent history of meeting or exceeding quarterly quotas, with a strong focus on surpassing annual targets
- Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality with a strong sense of ownership
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders across all levels
