Job Duties
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with Mortgage Bankers and Brokers
- Help originate brokered loans to the inside support staff and move loan originations from submissions to closed loans
- Your job is to sell, not process!
- Communicate with brokers/staff to ensure coordination of timely receipt of borrower conditions and financial information.
- Able to follow directions
- Work with Senior Management on goals and projections
- Maintain production goals and adhere to reporting requirements
Requirements
- NMLS license not required (except Nevada)
- Appreciate the use of technology in the mortgage arena
