Account Executive

About the role

Lotus Bakersfield Corp is seeking a driven Account Executive to represent our five radio stations and expanding digital media portfolio. We are leading the way in digital and traditional media, offering opportunities to create impactful campaigns across radio, digital ads, OTT, online audio, and Digital Out of Home.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients
• Develop marketing campaigns
• Write compelling commercial copy
• Conduct marketing research
• Manage billing
• Represent our stations at live events and remote broadcasts
• Grow both traditional and digital revenue streams
• Help clients succeed across multiple platforms

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of outside sales experience, including calling both warm and cold leads
• Strong self-starter with discipline, motivation, and the ability to work independently
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with excellent communication skills
• Proficient with computer applications, including MS Office
• Hightly driven and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to network and expand business opportunities
• Engaging, confident, and commanding presence, able to represent the company and stations professionally
• Creative and resourceful, able to develop innovative solutions and sales strategies
• Intentional with time, managing priorities effectively to maximize productivity
• Resilient, able to handle rejection without losing momentum or enthusiasm

Pay

To start: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission with an average range of $37,500 – $93,500 (Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and individual performance)
