Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary driver of new business by identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities with prospective clients.
- Utilize Sandler or MEDDIC/MEDDPIC methodologies to uncover pain points, align on business outcomes, and guide prospects through a consultative sales process.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach and discovery through contract negotiation and close.
- Identify and cultivate expansion opportunities within existing accounts to increase ARR and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Development, and Product teams to refine messaging, targeting, and go-to-market strategies.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Interface.ai’s SaaS offerings and effectively articulate the business value and ROI to prospective clients.
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure a seamless handoff and post-sale experience for new customers.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally, advocating for prospect and client needs in cross-functional discussions.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas and contribute to team revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a full-cycle sales or account executive role, ideally within the technology or SaaS industry.
- Hunter mentality with a strong track record of sourcing and closing new business, preferably with mid-market and enterprise clients.
- Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles and go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Analytical and strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Experience selling AI-powered technologies or customer experience platforms is a strong plus.
- Skill in using prompt engineering techniques to enhance productivity, drive efficiency, and decision-making with generative AI tools.
