The Account Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth within the Americas domain territory through strategic development of new accounts and expansion within the existing customer portfolio. The primary responsibilities include:

  1. Drive the present strategy for prospects & customers for market growth
  2. Awareness and pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business
  3. Lead generation through marketing events, cold calling, etc.
  4. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in customer/prospect accounts
  5. Develop calling and selling strategies for opportunities
  6. Plan and execute customer visits
  7. Coverage of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources to meet objectives and customer/prospect expectations
  8. Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to provide technical support as needed throughout the sales process
  9. Conduct WebEx presentations and demonstrations with SMEs
  10. Develop and present quotations and proposals
  11. Utilize and document the sales process within SalesForce.com
  12. Generate, maintain and report a credible forecast for the domain accounts
  13. Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer requirements on an ongoing basis

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science degree preferred OR Business degree
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the sales of engineering software systems to end-users
  • Proven ability to achieve assigned sales quotas
  • Highly developed and diversified communication skills and techniques
  • Some knowledge of nCode and/or ReliaSoft product operation and theoretical background preferred
  • Knowledge of fatigue, data acquisition, finite element analysis and/or reliability/maintainability analysis preferred
  • Understanding of customer’s engineering processes and corresponding software applications
  • High standard of professional integrity
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Willingness to travel domestically (30% required)

  • Excellent IT knowledge (Microsoft® Office, CRM, etc.)
  • Excellent Presentation skills
  • Excellent multi-tasking ability

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $85,000 to $120,000 annually plus a 43% STI plan. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as physical work location within the state.

About the role:

This position is remote and will be reporting to a Director based in Tucson, Arizona. Must be a US Citizen. Unable to hire anyone on a work permit, visa, or green card for this position.
