Account Executive Join Harbour Capital’s Account Executive Team Harbour Capital’s Account Executives are our front-line in terms of communication with our customers. As an Account Executive, you will have day-to-day communications with our customers and will facilitate the sales process from start to finish. This is a perject job for a recent college graduate who has an interest in sales and wants to get their foot in the door of the equipment financing industry. Account Exectutives start with an intensive training regiment led by our experienced management team. You will spend time following in the footsteps of some of our top earners who have a combined 40+ years of industry experience. Throughout this process you will be given the tools to become a successful sales person and you will develop these skills through real application. You will be given responsibility of clients and will execute the entire sales process from lead to close. We invest heavily in our employees and that is why our employees stay here for an average of over 10 years, so when it comes to training our employees we spare no expense. This position is responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to commissioning. We offer the most aggressive compensation package in the industry starting with a generous base salary and including commissions which are paid monthly and are limited only by your drive to succeed.
