Responsibilities Produce revenue across all available platformsProspect, contact and present to new businessesDevelop new revenue through local business developmentForm strategic and market partnershipsManage an active account/client listConceptualize, create, and deliver sales proposals that are consistent with station strategiesAchieve individual sales goals while contributing to our dynamic sales team Requirements 1+ years in media or digital sales, or similar sales fieldExperience with the development of new business/non-traditional businessHave strong negotiation skillsExperience in a consultative customer-focused business atmosphereAccountability within a goal-structured organizationMust be a team playerExperience selling to business ownersUnderstand and use qualitative research to further sales effortSpanish Bilingual PreferredRelated military experience will be considered Values in Action At Hearst Television we tell stories every day.
