What You’ll Do
- Work a daily queue of inbound and warm outbound leads from interested businesses
- Rapidly qualify prospects to understand their digital footprint, lead flow, and growth objectives
- Run strong discovery calls that uncover pain points around visibility, trust, and conversion
- Deliver clear, outcome-driven demos that tie GatherUp’s capabilities to measurable business impact
- Own deals end-to-end, from first call through close
- Drive momentum through a fast, decisive sales process with clear next steps
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking in CRM
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve deal quality and close rates
Who You Are
- 1+ years of experience in high-volume, full-cycle B2B SaaS sales, preferably SMB or mid-market
- Proven track record of closing new business and consistently hitting or exceeding quota
- Ability to explain AI-powered or technical products in simple, business-focused terms
- High-ownership mindset; you take responsibility for your pipeline, number, and outcomes
- Comfort operating in a high-velocity environment with urgency and focus
- Experience selling marketing technology, reputation management, growth, or customer experience software is a plus
- Team-oriented, collaborative, coachable, and values shared success
- Proficient in Salesforce, HubSpot, and other modern sales tools (e.g. Chilipiper, Fathom, etc.)
