Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver responsive, world-class customer service.
  • Initiate and maintain regular contact (remote and in-person) with assigned accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities aggressively.
  • Develop tailored sales strategies for each client.
  • Grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Delivery, and cross-functional teams.
  • Represent GLI at industry events as assigned.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years in business development or sales roles (required).
  • Minimum of 1 year in the gaming industry (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Sales, or related field preferred.
  • Experience presenting to senior-level clients (required).
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (required).
  • Able to work non-traditional hours as needed (required).
  • Must have the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines, while maintaining a realistic balance among priorities (required).
  • Demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness (required).
  • Able to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently to perform the duties of this position (required).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $80,000–$90,000 USD (based on experience).
  • Travel: Up to 40%, sometimes on short notice.

About the Role
