Responsibilities
- Responsible for revenue growth through new business acquisitions within an assigned territory
- Ensure all key metrics are delivered
- Outbound focused role with primary responsibility for lead generation and opportunity creation
- Customer facing position requiring executive-level selling skills
- Work closely with Management, Operations, and Customer Success departments to execute a territory plan
- Engage with accounts via various mediums including telephone, email, face-to-face, and online
- Provide direction and recommendations to extended territory team and leadership to increase efficiencies, structure, and strategy of the region
Requirements
- Understand complex sales cycles and work opportunities involving multiple decision makers and influencers
- Proactively prospect into new accounts and utilize effective prospecting methodologies
- Strong organization skills to manage dozens of opportunities simultaneously
- Use consultative, solution selling, and business development skills to customize delivery at the C level and become a trusted consultant
- Gain in-depth knowledge of clients' business needs, organizational structure, business processes, and financial structure
- Develop comprehensive business use case approaches in crafting client proposals
- Prominent communication skills, both written and verbal
