Responsibilities
- Master the Product: Become a true Files.com expert, understanding features, integrations, and use cases at a level that builds credibility with technical buyers.
- Ran Discovery with Depth: Ask thoughtful questions, uncover real challenges, and tailor solutions that align directly to customer goals.
- Sell the Biggest Deal Possible: Think strategically about long-term value, positioning Files.com as the foundation of customer workflows and structuring high-value contracts that expand over time.
- Navigate Complex Deals: Manage multi-stakeholder conversations, maintain deal control, and move opportunities forward with urgency and precision.
- Sell With Confidence: Partner with Customer Success and Engineering teams who deliver on every promise — often faster than customers expect.
- Execute Pipeline with Discipline: Build, maintain, and forecast a healthy pipeline, consistently achieving or exceeding quota.
Requirements
You’re hungry to win and motivated by big, complex deals, combining technical fluency with consultative selling. You thrive on deep discovery and building trust with executives, being disciplined about pipeline, forecasting, and deal execution. You want to master enterprise sales and accelerate your career.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of successful enterprise sales experience.
- Proven ability to close large, multi-department contracts.
- Experience working with Fortune 500 companies or global brands.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
- Passion for technology and a deep understanding of secure file transfer and automation.

Pay
$110,000 - $250,000 OTE, split 50/50 between salary and commissions (subject to qualifications and experience) + equity + premium benefits
