About the role

At EventsAir, we're not just software – we’re the driving force behind thousands of successful events across the globe. As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be a key partner in guiding our clients from onboarding to event day, making sure they get the very best from our platform every step of the way.

Do you love connecting with people, solving business challenges and closing meaningful deals? Are you energized by the opportunity to help organizations create better, smarter and more successful events? We’re looking for a driven, curious and customer-focused Account Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you’ll introduce organizations to innovative event technology solutions that help them deliver exceptional event experiences and achieve their business goals. You’ll own the new business sales process—from prospecting and discovery through to product demonstrations, negotiation and close. Working alongside our Product Specialists, BDRs and Account Managers, you’ll have the support and resources to build strong customer relationships and win new business.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities across targeted industries and vertical markets.
  • Prospect for new customers and uncover organizations that could benefit from our event technology solutions.
  • Qualify inbound opportunities generated through marketing campaigns, promotions and other lead-generation activities.
  • Lead engaging discovery conversations to understand each customer’s goals, challenges and priorities.
  • Deliver live and virtual software demonstrations that show customers exactly how our solutions can create value.
  • Translate product features into clear, compelling business benefits.
  • Develop strategic account engagement plans to move opportunities forward.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from first conversation to signed agreement.
  • Partner with Product Specialists, BDRs and Account Managers to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Keep opportunity, pipeline and activity information accurate and up to date.
  • Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in SaaS, event technology or a related technology sales role.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding new business sales targets.
  • A proactive hunter mentality and the drive to create opportunities, not simply wait for them.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to ask thoughtful questions, listen carefully and uncover customer needs.
  • Confidence leading sales conversations with a range of stakeholders, including senior decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations, whether live or online.
  • A passion for technology and the ability to quickly learn new products and communicate their value.
  • A customer-first mindset focused on delivering successful outcomes.
  • Resilience, adaptability and a genuine appetite for achieving ambitious goals.
  • Experience using structured sales methodologies, such as MEDDIC, or a willingness to learn.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive Health Coverage Plan. 100% covered by EventsAir for you and your family.
  • Fantastic flexibility. We offer hybrid working to all employees regardless of role or level.
  • Champion and promote causes close to our heart (e.g., International Women’s Day, R U OKAY?).
  • Apply for side steps, up steps and secondments through different teams when role needs arise internally.
  • Use your personal L&D budget towards a course, a conference or something to upskill yourself in your current role.
  • Work from almost anywhere for up to 2 weeks a year.
  • Enhanced maternity and paternity leave on top of statutory allowances.
  • Miscarriage & still birth leave policy to assist in the transitional period.
  • Access to an Employee Assistance Program offering counselling sessions.
  • Participate in a recognition program where you can earn points and vouchers.
  • Option to contribute to a 401k plan.

Pay

Base salary up to USD 65,000 – 75,000, dependent on experience.
