Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities, driving toward and exceeding revenue targets.
- Execute outbound sales strategies—including cold calling, personalized email campaigns, and social selling—to connect with potential clients.
- Understand client challenges and align them with our SaaS solutions to deliver clear, measurable outcomes.
- Foster lasting relationships with key decision-makers to support long-term growth and client success.
- Stay on top of trends, competitor activity, and market shifts to continuously refine sales strategy.
- Partner with teams across marketing, product, and customer success to deliver a seamless experience from first contact to onboarding.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in a SaaS sales role, with a strong emphasis on outbound, new business generation.
- Experience selling into a range of customer types, including small to large organizations.
- Creative track record of exceeding sales goals and revenue targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and engage multiple stakeholders.
- Self-starter with adaptability and a passion for growth.
