Key Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive advertising plans tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their objectives and providing solutions to meet their advertising goals.
- Oversee the execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring that all deliverables are on time, within budget, and meet performance metrics.
- Identify new business opportunities and present compelling advertising solutions to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and effective ad content and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Requirements
- A minimum of two years of sales experience.
- A proven track record of delivering strong and consistent sales growth while consistently exceeding revenue goals.
- Strong written and oral communication/presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing culture and environment. Stress tolerance, especially with tight deadlines and financial pressures.
