Job Summary
We are seeking an Account Executive to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team at ComboCurve. This role involves prospecting, building customer pipelines, conducting thorough discovery calls, and delivering targeted demonstrations to drive new business growth.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales quota by generating new business and responding to inbound leads
- Build and maintain a robust customer pipeline through effective prospecting and outbound communication
- Perform thorough discovery calls to connect ComboCurve’s value proposition with customer pain points
- Create targeted demonstrations for the technical sales team based on discovery calls
- Document sales activities in our CRM system
- Work in a transparent, high-performance culture with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement
Requirements
- High degree of coachability
- Curiosity to understand customer contexts through effective questioning and listening
- Excellent work ethic with a high degree of energy and daily activity
- Ability to learn and communicate complex concepts quickly
- Proven track record of consistently hitting and exceeding sales quotas
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales, particularly in the energy sector
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
