About the role
Coframe is building the world's first AI Growth Engineer. We are a marketing technology company officially partnered with OpenAI, backed by tier-1 investors including Khosla Ventures, Nat Friedman (former GitHub CEO), and Rich Miner (Android co-founder). Our team includes researchers from top institutions who have created popular open-source code generation projects.
Responsibilities
- Own the full cycle of the sales process from initial prospect interest and discovery to negotiation and closing.
- Drive deals by managing discovery, value presentations and demos, POCs, navigating legal, and proving ROI to multi-stakeholders (CPOs, VPs of Growth, and CMOs).
- Work with leadership to continuously refine the sales methodology by codifying learnings into playbooks, templates, and best practices as we scale.
- Partner with Engineering to feed market intelligence and customer feedback directly into the roadmap.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Account Executive experience in B2B tech sales (AI or MarTech bonus).
- Value-based seller: Can sell value, not just features and benefits; knows how to map technical capabilities to real-world business outcomes.
- Master of discovery: An expert at uncovering business goals, translating those to technical needs, and articulating how AI technology can drive revenue.
- The "builder" mentality: Excited to create systems from the ground up and help codify best practices in an evolving market.
- Multi-stakeholder expert: Knows how to sell differently to end-users and managers vs. executives and decision-makers.
Qualifications
- Deep curiosity: Passion for artificial intelligence and excitement to educate customers on how AI agents will redefine their growth strategies.
- Bonus points: High agency saleshuman: Entrepreneurial and have built a project or worked on a startup in the past.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with AI and/or MarTech products.

Pay
$240,000 - $400,000 (OTE)
