Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Generation & Outbound Strategy
- Drive Your Own Destiny: Self-source the majority of your pipeline.
- Strategic Hunting: Target mid-market and enterprise organizations through cold calling, LinkedIn social selling, and field prospecting.
- Market Presence: Network at industry events to uncover off-market opportunities.
- Holistic Deal Execution (The Close)
- Full-Cycle Sales Ownership: Manage the entire sales journey from discovery to closing.
- Technical Partnership: Work closely with Sales Architecture to ensure technical validation.
- Executive Alignment: Build consensus among C-level executives and IT Directors.
- Onboarding & Handoff
- Operational Oversight: Ensure successful account onboarding and solution deployment.
- Clean Handoff: Execute a formal handoff to the Account Management team once the customer is live.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience with a focus on new business acquisition.
- Industry Background: Experience in Telecom, SaaS, Fiber, or Managed IT Services is preferred.
- Skillset: Strong proficiency in outbound prospecting, pipeline management, and consultative selling.
- Tech Savvy: Ability to use CRM tools for managing a high-volume pipeline and forecasting.
