Requirements
- Possess a drive to build and grow a sales organization.
- Show entrepreneurial drive and motivation to establish a high-performing sales culture and drive market leadership.
- Have strong communication skills, able to articulate complex software solutions clearly and compellingly to diverse audiences.
- Have a proven track record in edtech or govtech sales.
- Have expertise in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Show strong familiarity with the K-12 education sector, particularly student transportation, although not a strict requirement.
- Be proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage and streamline the sales process.
- Show resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
- Be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of our solutions.
