Job Overview
Responsibilities
- Developing and nurturing long-term relationships with a portfolio of new and existing donors, corporate sponsors, and community partners.
- Identifying, pursuing, and securing funding opportunities through strategic outreach, grant applications, and fundraising campaigns.
- Acting as a key representative for NCC Life at networking events, community gatherings, and professional functions to promote our mission and programmes.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to understand our service delivery and effectively communicate our impact to external stakeholders.
- Preparing and delivering persuasive presentations, proposals, and reports to potential and current supporters.
- Managing all communications and engagement activities for your assigned accounts, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and continued support.
- Maintaining accurate records of all fundraising and partnership activities in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management, fundraising, sales, or business development, preferably within the non-profit or community sector.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and trust with diverse groups of people.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM software is highly desirable.
