Qualifications

  • Real phone or remote closing experience, including consultative selling, relationship building, and closing new business.
  • Comfortable selling to SMB owners and understanding everyday pain points in operations, marketing, and revenue.
  • Able to translate AI and automation into plain business value and ROI. No deep technical background needed.
  • Strong communicator: clear on calls, active listener, concise in writing for proposals and follow up.
  • Comfortable working in a CRM for pipeline and structured follow up (we use GoHighLevel).
  • Self-motivated and reliable working remotely and independently, managing several deals at once.
  • Motivated by uncapped, commission-only earnings and comfortable with a 1099 structure.
  • Bonus: experience in B2B services, SaaS, automation, or selling to dental, healthcare, or local businesses.
