Professional Experience
- Five to eight years of experience in enterprise sales, industrial technology sales, software sales, automation solutions, SaaS, or other consultative B2B environments.
- Demonstrated success achieving or exceeding revenue and growth objectives.
- Experience managing complex sales opportunities involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Experience selling into manufacturing, industrial, automotive, aerospace, medical device, or related sectors is preferred.
- Ability to engage effectively with plant leadership, engineering teams, operations personnel, quality organizations, maintenance groups, and executive stakeholders.
- Familiarity with manufacturing operations, industrial technologies, production environments, or digital transformation initiatives is advantageous.
- Experience utilizing CRM platforms for pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity tracking.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
Key Objectives
- Drive business growth by developing and converting new opportunities within targeted markets.
- Establish trusted relationships with customers and position solutions that improve operational performance and business outcomes.
- Manage opportunities throughout the entire sales process, from initial engagement through contract execution.
- Partner with technical, marketing, and leadership teams to maximize customer success and revenue growth.
- Expand market presence within strategic accounts and targeted industries.
