Account Executive
About the role
As an Account Executive, you will drive sales within a specific region, focusing on building relationships and expanding market presence. You will engage with clients, manage Bluberi game performance, and present tailored solutions. The role involves developing new business opportunities, achieving and exceeding sales targets, and overcoming challenges associated with outbound prospecting in a competitive market. You will collaborate with other Account Executives to service clients and continuously foster their relationship with Bluberi.
Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets in the central region.
- Provide in-depth knowledge of Bluberi products, industry insight, and trends.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM and provide regular updates to management.
- Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to enhance the customer experience and support sales initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Sports, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of direct gaming experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to assess client needs and provide effective solutions.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools (e.g., Microsoft Products).
- Must reside within the Sacramento, California area.
Preferred Qualifications
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office 365.
- Intermediate skills in Salesforce or another CRM toolset.
- Experience closing large, long sales-cycle opportunities.
Travel
This role requires 3 to 4 days of travel per week with frequent overnight stays.

- Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to see color, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Moderate physical ability such as lifting or maneuvering at least ten (10) pounds.
- Prolonged instances of sitting during the shift.
