Pay

Average first-year compensation: $52,500 per year. Our average account executives earn $4,000 to $7,000 per month; top performers exceed $75,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Assist with new account acquisition by consulting with businesses to explain our benefits-process workflow.
• Prospect, schedule, and execute multiple daily tasks.
• Maintain professional appearance and communication (business professional attire required—no jeans).

Requirements

• Valid, current driver’s license.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willing and able to acquire Health and Life Insurance licenses.
• Reliable transportation, cell phone, and laptop.

Qualifications

• Desire to begin a new career.
• Sales, management, or customer-facing experience (e.g., ex-military, bartenders, retail sales, cell-phone/furniture/car sales) is a plus.
• Bilingual (English + Spanish) is a plus.
• Hardworking, reliable, trustworthy, and success-driven.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented, positive, self-driven, mature, competitive, and take-charge attitude.
