Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI solutions to improve customer engagement and satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of our AI platform
• Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in AI and machine learning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with machine learning and natural language processing
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• Experience with Python, Java, or similar programming languages
• Knowledge of data structures and algorithms
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud
