Job Responsibilities
- Lead Generation Excellence: Prospect, cold call, and network to generate leads under mentorship.
- Training and Development: Work with leadership to improve skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management.
- Conduct meetings with existing and new accounts via phone, email, and corporate marketing programs.
- Identify customer needs and present Atlantic Tomorrow’s Office solution to key stakeholders and decision-makers, aligning with client preferences for in-person or virtual interactions.
Qualifications
- Sales Experience: 1+ years of successful business customer acquisition sales experience in a commissioned environment.
- Dynastic Task Management: Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with strong multitasking abilities.
- Communication Mastery: Possess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Negotiation Experience: Demonstrate effective negotiating and closing skills, focusing on the solution.
Preferred Skills
- CRM Expertise: 1+ years of experience using CRM software like Salesforce, HubSpot, Compass, etc., to manage and maintain customer records.
- Forecasting and Funnel Management: 1+ years of experience leading and maintaining an accurate sales funnel, including stages, next steps, and close dates, to support accurate forecasting.
