Empire Technological Group DBA Aruze Gaming Global is looking to add an Account Executive to our team in Las Vegas, NV.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customer dedication.
- Remain in frequent contact with clients to understand their needs.
- Maintain and establish relationships with qualified operators in the gaming industry.
- Assist the sales team with strategizing and take overall responsibility for developing and nurturing client relationships.
- Build and grow relationships by demonstrating the superior value of our products.
- Monitor sales and revenue forecast schedules and spreadsheets.
- Research market trends, provide input on effective methods to attract an audience, and implement targeted needs.
- Review and analyze key performance indicators of corporate finance, industry trends, business operations, and product performance.
- Manage Sales Force in your assigned jurisdiction.
- Review and analyze business plans and operational functions.
- Initiate and manage newly launched products.
- Develop sales tools and collateral for our product lines in the market.
- Assist in product training for marketing and sales units.
- Keep Empire current with available technology.
- Make recommendations on product direction.
- Direct activities in various departments to ensure successful product launches and timely releases.
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer contentment and preserve the company’s reputation.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and business ethic codes are followed.
- Communicate and implement policies within a team setting.
- Assist in the development of product plans and marketing requirement documents for new products or product modifications.
- Assist with product strategy and roadmap.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of sales experience.
- Gaming industry knowledge (preferred).
- Salesforce experience (preferred).
Skills
- Ability to learn new software applications.
- High capacity to learn new tasks.
- Strong knowledge of current technologies.
- Maintain professional verbal and written communication skills.

- Must be knowledgeable and capable of working in a 24/7 environment.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Excellent communication, technical writing, and presentation skills.
- Computer literate with advanced knowledge of MS Software including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
