About the role
We’re looking for enthusiastic and driven Account Executives to join our Inside Sales team.
Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to warm leads, introducing clients to our premium scenting solutions and fragrance collections.
- Build genuine connections with customers while confidently closing 36-month product and service agreements.
- Manage your pipeline efficiently through Salesforce CRM, staying organized and on top of every follow-up.
- Deliver engaging sales conversations that bring the Hotel Collection experience to life.
- Exceed performance goals through persistence, product knowledge, and great communication.
Requirements
- Motivated professionals with the drive to succeed in a Base + Commissions telesales environment.
- 3–5 years of proven success in inside sales, telemarketing, or call center roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — confident, persuasive, and customer-focused.
- A passion for luxury products and an appreciation for how scent can elevate everyday spaces.

- Base Salary: $55,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE: $90,000–$120,000+)
