About the role

The Account Executive will drive new customer acquisition across enterprise and strategic accounts. They will manage the entire client acquisition process, from lead generation to product demonstration and conversion. Collaboration with Partnerships, Product, Operations, and the Executive Leadership team is essential to attract and retain new clients.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in institutions, investment advisors, accounting firms, and financial firms.
  • Manage the end-to-end client acquisition process, including lead generation, qualification, product demonstration, and conversion.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Partnerships, Product, Operations, and the Executive Leadership team to acquire and attract new clients.
  • Learn from every interaction and bring market insights to Arch Engineering and Operations to continuously improve the core product.
  • Ensure clients are properly informed and make the most informed decision of what’s in their best interest.
  • Work with a high-performing team to have an impact and solve meaningful problems.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in Sales within a SaaS technology company, preferably in a growth stage startup.
  • Consistent quota attainment or a track record of success.
  • High energy, love talking to people, and want to work on complex customer problems.
  • Obsessed with personal growth and feedback – you improve every day and will be given the tools to do so.
  • Will put in the work to understand each client’s needs and help them make the most informed decision of what’s in their best interest.
  • Have a consultative and problem-solving mindset (we are not a super salesy organization).

Qualifications

  • Previously worked in wealth management, a family office, fund management, accounting, or a related financial field.
  • Deep understanding of Alternative Investments industry trends, products, and services.
  • Familiarity with terms such as capital calls, IRRs, recallable distributions, or K-1s.

Skills

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales methodologies.
  • Understanding of SaaS business models and product-market fit.

Pay

Competitive salary and benefits package.

Schedule

Full-time position, typically Monday through Friday.
