Responsibilities
- Achieve business objectives for assigned territory (penetration of account with product/solution/service offerings).
- Build and cultivate long-term relationships with key management and physicians within the customer organization.
- Uncover and develop customer's decision criteria, analyze competitive offerings, and influence them to their advantage.
- Guide the development and execution of strategic account plans to ensure achievement of assigned business goals and budgets.
- Generate proposals, prepare sales quotations, plan customer meetings, and demonstrate equipment capabilities.
- Communicate current market intelligence to various decision makers within each account.
- Assist management in devising sales plans and strategies, develop forecasts, budgets, and operating plans for product sales channels.
- Lead territory team reviews and updates of account plan based on changing market, customer conditions, and competitive activity.
Requirements
8+ years of demonstrated sales success in the cardiology / med tech industry. Proven track record of selling into a Cath Lab or surgical suite. Established relationships/network of Interventional Cardiologists and Cath Lab staff in the territory. Clinical lab experience beneficial. Experience carrying large quotas and working with long sales cycles. Demonstrated success at meeting and exceeding quotas with high forecasting accuracy and transparent funnel management. Successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals. Full access to Siemens Healthineers' client sites required, including meeting Vendor Credentialing requirements.
Qualifications
- BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay
The Base Pay Range For This Position Is $80,800 - $111,100. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Schedule
Full-time position requiring approximately 50% travel.
