Responsibilities
- Client Ownership & Relationships - Own the client relationship end-to-end across the full lifecycle; onboarding, project plans, stewardship, check-ins, and renewals.
- Build executive and board-level relationships, serving as a trusted advisor who positions TrueNorth as a strategic partner.
- Proactively identify and resolve coverage, service, and relationship risks before they escalate.
- Risk Strategy & Coverage - Analyze client risk profiles and design coverage strategies that optimize total cost of risk, integrating insurance with Risk/Workforce Solutions.
- Use claims and market analytics to influence executive decisions and translate insights into board-level narratives.
- Deliver proactive market insights and educate clients on alternative financing strategies.
- Growth & Business Development - Identify and advance cross-sell, rounding, and growth opportunities in collaboration with Producers and internal teams.
- Lead RFP responses, enterprise risk presentations, and discovery meetings with prospects and clients.
- Attend prospecting and business development meetings as needed.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration - Lead and develop the service team to Get, Keep, and Grow client engagement.
- Collaborate across Producers, AMs, Safety, Claims, and Risk/Workforce Solutions.
- Support Account Managers in reviewing policy terms and preparing submissions for competitive proposals.
- Industry Knowledge & Development - Stay current on industry trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes.
- Champion best practices and contribute to a culture of learning through training and internal development.
- Travel up to 50% to support client initiatives, carrier relationships, and industry events.
Requirements
- A four-year degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Minimum of 5 years commercial insurance experience is required, 7-10 years preferred
- Experience working with accounts preferred
- Property & Casualty license required
- CIC or similar designation preferred
- Valid Drivers License required
- Experience maintaining fiduciary responsibility for company, client, and/or producer preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic PowerPoint functions
- Mastery of insurance industry terms and knowledge

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
