Responsibilities

  • Account Leadership. Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with senior client decision-makers through strategic counsel and consistent communication. Act as a liaison between clients and the agency, ensuring clear briefings, aligned expectations, and forward momentum. Conduct regular strategic check-ins to review relationship health, celebrate wins, and address concerns proactively.
  • Olympic and Paralympic Hospitality. Lead and manage Olympic and Paralympic hospitality and brand experiences, activating complex, high-touch experiences. Develop and present compelling client-facing proposals and presentations that tell clear, persuasive stories and demonstrate the agency’s value. Track implementation and success of hospitality programs, providing clients with regular updates and performance metrics.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration. Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, providing clear direction, constructive feedback, and meaningful career development opportunities. Communicate expectations and deliverables with clarity while fostering a collaborative, results-oriented team culture that drives accountability across all workstreams.
  • Relationship Management. Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with marketing leadership and key decision-makers. Manage relationships with event properties, venues, hospitality providers, and vendors. Gather client feedback, identify pain points, and iterate on strategy to continuously optimize outcomes.
  • Growth Leadership. Contribute to the development and execution of growth strategies that expand existing client relationships and unlock new business opportunities. Identify new growth opportunities by analyzing client business fundamentals, including KPIs, strategic priorities, competitive challenges, and broader industry trends. Actively lead and participate in new business pitches, bringing expertise, perspective, and passion to every presentation.
  • Communication. Deliver clear, persuasive, and appropriate communications, both written and verbal, tailored to the unique needs of various stakeholders. Lead meetings with intention and purpose, gathering critical information and providing thoughtful, constructive feedback. Translate complex information into concise, actionable messages easily understood across different organizational levels.

Skills

  • Proven experience in effectively managing client relationships.
  • Previous experience leading and managing Olympic and Paralympic hospitality and brand experiences.
  • Demonstrated intermediate proficiency in client consulting, business acumen, and people management.
  • Growth mindset and commitment to agency values.
  • Ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams.
  • Strong relationship management with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse stakeholders.

Pay

The annual range for this role is between $90,000 and $110,000, depending on the candidate’s experience.
