About the role
The Account Director is responsible for leading high-value client relationships, driving revenue growth, and managing cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies that align with business goals
- Manage and mentor a team of account managers to ensure client satisfaction and growth
- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure additional revenue streams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and marketing to enhance client experiences
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to provide strategic insights and recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving client satisfaction
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing remote teams

Pay
