What You Will Do
- Handle approximately 50 to 60 inbound calls per day from members and prospective members.
- Educate callers on Dental, Vision, and association membership products and complete enrollments.
- Provide support and answers to questions related to existing policies and membership benefits.
- Make outbound calls to prospective members during periods of lower inbound call volume.
- Serve as a knowledgeable and professional advocate for AMBA’s association partners.
- Accurately document all member interactions and sales activity in designated systems within required timeframes.
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality member experience on every call.

The Account Development Specialist team is an established and successful inside sales team within AMBA, continuing to grow in size and impact.
What You Bring
- One year of call center experience preferred
- One or more years of sales experience preferred
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Comfort navigating multiple systems and accurately documenting call activity
- Ability to work collaboratively while being driven by individual performance
- Flexibility with scheduling and work hours
- Health insurance license preferred but not required
- Bilingual Spanish skills preferred but not required
Compensation And Benefits
- Hourly pay of $17 plus monthly performance bonuses
