Kaizo Health is seeking an Account Development Rep to support referral development with medical practices and personal injury law firms. You are the boots-on-the-ground relationship builder for Kaizo Health's locations — visiting urgent care centers, law firms, and physician offices so that when their patients and clients need chiropractic or rehab care, Kaizo is the call they make. Position Overview Paid at minimum wage, with performance-based bonus opportunities5–10 hours per weekIn-field, face-to-face outreach to medical offices and personal injury law firms. We have multiple positions that would conduct the outreach near Landover, MD, Fort Washington, MD, Rockville, MD, and/or Fairfax, VA. Responsibilities Conduct in-person outreach to medical offices and law firms within the service areaDeliver informational materials, clinical research, and referral resourcesBuild professional relationships with office staff, physicians, and attorneysResearch and identify high-potential referral partners (orthopedists, PCPs, personal injury attorneys)Track outreach activity and referral trends to support marketing analysis Qualifications Comfortable initiating conversations in professional office settingsStrong verbal and interpersonal communication skillsProfessional, reliable, and able to represent the brand independentlyInterest in healthcare, marketing, business development, or lawPreferred backgrounds (not required) include: Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Health Administration, Kinesiology, Pre-Law, or a related fieldValid driver’s license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided) Fraud Alert: Kaizo Health will never conduct interviews exclusively by text message or request banking information or Social Security numbers before a formal offer is extended.
