Responsibilities

  • Expand current business as well as develop new business through prospecting for clients via phone, e-mail, and established communication channels.
  • Comfortably challenge clients and prospects to think differently about their business.
  • Think creatively about challenges and work collaboratively with others when solving problems.
  • Lend a hand when someone needs your expertise, realizing you only win if everyone wins.
  • Easily multitask and juggle the many demands on your time while initiating, engaging, and following up with clients and prospects.
  • Have a strong conceptual ability, easily connecting data while offering unique insights to current and potential clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree OR 2 years sales experience required; UNL Sales Certificate a plus.
  • Availability to work in the office 4 days a week.
  • A demonstrated interest in and aptitude for strategic sales with a strong sense of self-motivation.
  • Experience in a professional environment and proven communication skills.
  • High learning agility and ability to think critically.
  • Microsoft Suite (including Word, Excel, and Outlook) required; experience with a CRM system preferred.

Benefits

Compensation in the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $50,000 - $80,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. Some of our roles offer performance-based variable compensation. Eligibility and potential payouts vary depending on the role and are tied to performance metrics.

Pay

In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth.

Schedule

We are not currently hiring in DE, HI, LA, MD, NJ, RI, D.C. While this position may allow for a work from home environment, preferred candidates live in the Lincoln, Nebraska and surrounding areas.
