Account Development Lead

Job Description

Securing new points of sale and developing them into trusted advisors and advocates for Golden Harvest
Working with Seed Sales Representatives across Illinois to ensure consistency and year around focus on the recruiting campaign
Developing and implementing best practices for successful launches of new businesses
Bringing consistency to the onboarding process and supporting the training efforts of new dealers
Working with the Account Development team and the District Manager to set appropriate recruiting targets
Partnering with Sales Team to achieve annual recruiting and retention targets
Ensuring proper contract management by working with Sales Operations and Finance
Collaborating with Sales Operations to build and execute Seed Advisor onboarding process

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors’ degree in Agriculture or relevant discipline
• Experience: 5+ years of active Sales experience
• Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally across Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership teams
• 2+ years of People Management experience
• Key stakeholder relationship building ability
• Understanding of Syngenta products and Go-To-Market strategy
• Ability to influence others with strategic vision and confidence
