Description

The Account Developer – Churn plays a critical role in winning back recently lost business from small and mid-sized customers. In this high-energy inside sales role, you will engage customers through phone, video, and digital channels, identify opportunities to re-establish relationships, and help organizations discover the value of Staples solutions.

What you’ll be doing

  • Engage customers with declining or lost business through phone, video, and digital outreach.
  • Analyze customer purchasing trends and identify opportunities for reactivation.
  • Drive customer win-back, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Maintain high activity levels, including outbound calls and customer engagements.
  • Manage sales funnel and pipeline through close.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and issue resolution.
  • Partner with category specialists and customer service teams to drive growth.
  • Develop customer-specific solutions, proposals, and pricing strategies.
  • Participate in ongoing sales and product training programs.

Basic Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or sales support.
  • Experience with B2B sales processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organization, communication, and customer relationship skills.
  • Results-oriented, self-starter mentality.
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales and profit goals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Industry knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM tools and virtual selling environments.
