Description
The Account Developer – Churn plays a critical role in winning back recently lost business from small and mid-sized customers. In this high-energy inside sales role, you will engage customers through phone, video, and digital channels, identify opportunities to re-establish relationships, and help organizations discover the value of Staples solutions.
What you’ll be doing
- Engage customers with declining or lost business through phone, video, and digital outreach.
- Analyze customer purchasing trends and identify opportunities for reactivation.
- Drive customer win-back, retention, and revenue growth.
- Maintain high activity levels, including outbound calls and customer engagements.
- Manage sales funnel and pipeline through close.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and issue resolution.
- Partner with category specialists and customer service teams to drive growth.
- Develop customer-specific solutions, proposals, and pricing strategies.
- Participate in ongoing sales and product training programs.

Basic Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or sales support.
- Experience with B2B sales processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organization, communication, and customer relationship skills.
- Results-oriented, self-starter mentality.
- Ability to meet or exceed sales and profit goals.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Industry knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with CRM tools and virtual selling environments.
