Account Coordinator - Remote
This entry-level role supports our Client & Advertising team, ensuring smooth campaign execution and exceptional service for our brand partners. It’s designed for someone eager to build a career in account management, marketing, and client services within the beauty industry.
About the role
Reporting to the VP of Business Development, you’ll work closely with Senior Account Managers to support client communications, coordinate campaign logistics, manage project timelines, and assist with day-to-day execution of integrated marketing programs. As you grow, you’ll begin managing a portfolio of smaller clients while learning the strategic side of account management.
Responsibilities
- Support Senior Account Managers with day-to-day client communications and campaign execution.
- Assist in managing a portfolio of smaller client accounts with guidance from senior team members.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and client requests to ensure campaigns stay on track.
- Build strong client relationships through responsive, professional communication.
- Coordinate campaign assets and collaborate with editorial, advertising, influencer, and design teams.
- Prepare campaign briefs, timelines, and internal project documentation.
- Ensure campaigns launch accurately and on schedule; review details for accuracy and communicate updates across departments.
- Lead meeting scheduling and coordination; maintain organized records, project files, and internal documentation.
- Support administrative projects to help the Advertising and Client Operations team run efficiently.
- Assist with compiling campaign reports and performance recaps.
- Track campaign deliverables and account status within internal systems.
- Maintain CRM records and project management tools with accuracy.
- Support account managers in preparing presentations, proposals, and client materials.
- Learn BTC’s marketing solutions, campaign offerings, and sales process.
- Shadow senior team members during strategy meetings and client calls.
- Develop account management skills with the goal of growing into a full Account Manager role.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, account management, customer service, project coordination, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Interest in digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, and the beauty industry.
- Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or project management software is a plus.
- Familiarity with Monday.com, HubSpot, Hootsuite, Canva, or similar platforms is a bonus.
- Willingness to travel for company events as needed (approximately 2–4 trips per year).

Pay
Competitive salary between $50,000–$65,000, based on experience and location.
