Account Coordinator, PBA
Position Summary
Capital Rx is seeking a results-driven Account Coordinator to support the PBA account teams, focusing on Health Plan, TPA, and copay card clients. The ideal candidate will partner with account teams to enhance client satisfaction and handle day-to-day tasks. They will collaborate with internal and external teams to meet the needs of clients and their members.
Position Responsibilities
- Support implementation and client management teams with all day-to-day client requirements
- Manage and execute timely and accurate client benefit requests, including benefit changes, eligibility changes, and new implementations
- Analyze incoming client requests and work with internal and external teams to complete required plan documentation
- Support implementation of new plans, pricing, and networks, aligning with strategic or administrative objectives
- Lead pre- and post-implementation quality assurance and testing to ensure coding accuracy
- Proactively review and resolve claim discrepancies or inaccuracies, developing solutions as needed
- Handle and resolve sponsor and member issues, escalating as necessary
- Research and respond to claims processing and system configuration inquiries
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support general client operations, as required
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate bachelor’s degree, with a strong academic record or equivalent job experience
- 1+ years of proven experience in PBM / health plan, benefits consulting, healthcare
- Track record of building strong internal and external relationships
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, driving high performance, meeting deadlines, and executing on deliverables
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with SQL skills a bonus
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Extremely flexible, highly organized, and capable of shifting priorities easily
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work products

$69,200 - $86,500 USDDenver, CO Salary Range
$63,200 - $79,000 USDCharlotte, NC Salary Range
$57,600 - $72,000 USDPay
