Account Coordinator (Part-Time) — Rockford, IL
About the role
The Account Coordinator reports to the local Account Manager and is responsible for assisting with the implementation of new projects and maintenance of existing hardware/services at key accounts. New projects typically include working with key stakeholders in hospital enterprises to ensure success.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with Account Manager and stakeholders on new/existing projects
- Provide after-sales support to retain customers
- Manage hardware installed throughout facilities
- Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients' queries
- Build strong client relationships through regular communication
- Report on the status of accounts to Account Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Logistics, or another related field
- Recent college graduate OR up to five years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Ability to act independently and professionally in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work with key stakeholders
- Operations/Project Management background preferred
- Excellent listening, verbal communication, and organization skills
- Passionate about technology and innovations, driven by technical & commercial disruptive challenges
- Enthusiasm and initiative to work independently AND as part of a team
- Customer-centric, open-minded approach to problem-solving and result-focused with ability to work under pressure
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite, including MS Teams, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to utilize common hand tools
