Responsibilities
- Maintain knowledge of all accounts handled by the Account Management Team
- Aid in training of new employees
- Frequent interaction with Account Managers and other internal departments, with prompt follow up on internal requests
- Identify needs and growth opportunities within accounts and collaborate with Account Managers to create account strategies and bundled solutions
- Assist in developing client presentations, proposals and reports
- Aid in forecasting and tracking key account metrics to develop client retention campaigns; learn and recognize triggers based on report data and industry research
- Cook up meetings and schedule calls for Account Managers as requested
- Aid with all client issues and provide internal escalation, as needed
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
- Work onsite at Path-Tec, LLC, Midland, GA between hours of 8:00 am – 6:30 pm Monday thru Friday – shifts may vary within these operational hours
Qualifications
- Competent in most Microsoft Applications (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Advanced problem resolution skills with ability to convey solutions effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Manage multiple tasks, while maintaining organization and timely completion of projects
- Detail orientated with low error levels, while working under pressure to maintain client confidence and to preserve Path-Tec’s exemplary reputation
