Account Associate - Influencer & Partnerships

Responsibilities

  • Aid in talent procurement programs and campaigns.
  • Ensure all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Contribute to the development of strategies to grow existing accounts.
  • Stay updated on each client’s market, competitive environment, and business goals to provide tactical talent partnership recommendations.
  • Create materials and draft presentations, departmental POVs, agency materials, and talent communications under the guidance of the Director/Associate Director/Manager.
  • Maintain and compile weekly and/or monthly reporting; make recommendations and optimizations based on insights gathered.
  • Research and recommend new vendors/partners to the department director.
  • Collaborate internally with members of the Influencer and Partnerships team and cross-department account team members.
  • Research and report on trends and best practices in Influencer and Talent Marketing, demonstrating an interest and aptitude for growing the agency’s offerings.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of communications, social media, and/or digital marketing experience.
  • Experience in digital marketing or talent relations; influencer experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in creating proposals detailing complete marketing plans for clients.
  • Expertise in using Google Suite tools such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to prioritize tasks.
  • Effective in a fast-paced environment with strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledgeable of all major social platforms including Twitch, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube.
  • Understanding of digital marketing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) preferred.
