Account Analyst - Energy Efficiency

About the role
Support residential utility programs, working closely with the client and ICF’s implementation team, to bring energy efficiency and bill savings to their customers, including under-served and disadvantaged communities in the greater Little Rock and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Perform desktop QA/QC to validate technical project data for weekly processing, ensuring compliance with requirements and process controls
- Conduct market research on various energy efficiency technologies including measure adoption, saturation, feasibility, etc.
- Support the reporting team to assemble and provide reports, presentations and database management using many MS Office programs along with industry-specific software tools
- Stay informed on industry news, updates, and trends
Requirements
- Work or academic experience in Energy Efficiency or Business
- Valid driver’s license and successfully passed a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
Qualifications
- Based in central Arkansas
Skills
- Knowledge of residential energy efficiency in Arkansas
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (a plus)

Pay
Although the posted range below is broader, this position is anticipated to offer a base salary in the $60,000–$65,000 range.
