Account Analyst

Responsibilities

• Review customer purchase orders for accuracy
• Ensure contract and subcontract information / transactions are in the accounting software
• Ensure we stay within budget when it comes to labor pay outs
• Assist with re-contracting as needed
• Help maintain project budget information
• Provide cross-department assistance

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in account analysis, operations, or transactional roles
• Experience in estimating is a huge plus but not a requirement
• Strong Excel skills (data tracking, reporting, analysis)
• Experience with AI tools or automation technologies is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Consulting or process improvement experience is a plus

Schedule

• Full-time
• 8-hour shift, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday
• On-site at our Gibsonton, FL office
