Account Administrator

About the role

ADESA, a Carvana owned company, operates over 50 locations across the US. We manage auto auctions, repair/recondition vehicles, and serve as market hubs for distribution. Our inventory includes vehicles from various sources, and we're part of a dynamic, competitive industry. We're expanding rapidly with investments in facilities, sales growth, and vehicle inventory.

Responsibilities

• Maintain prompt, efficient, and courteous customer service
• Resolve customer complaints professionally
• Ensure accurate recording and numbering of vehicle information for sale
• Communicate with mechanical, body shop, and detail shop staff for repairs
• Prepare and submit repair charges to vehicle accounts
• Set work orders in V-Trace for mechanical and body shop
• Call in orders for outside vendors and verify correct charges
• Monitor and ensure compliance with contractual agreements
• Print stickers for sale according to OHA guidelines
• Represent vehicles on the block or attend sales with a sales representative
• Communicate with customers regarding failed post-sale inspections or arbitrations
• Process paperwork and checks following the sale
• Schedule vehicles for pick-up and disposition
• Assist in preparing and processing post-sale information
• Maintain vehicle inventory for aging and first-in-first-out processes
• Review DMV laws and regulations related to titles
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle
• Effective reading, writing, and communication skills in English
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
