About the role
This is a limited-term role (with benefits) expected to conclude in September 2027. As an Accommodations Specialist within People Operations, you will facilitate the end-to-end accommodation process for our diverse workforce.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the end-to-end accommodation process for our diverse workforce.
- Execute the ADA interactive process, from initial intake and medical documentation review to determining eligibility and implementing reasonable solutions.
- Maintain meticulous, confidential records across multiple HR systems.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for both employees and leadership, ensuring our accommodation program remains compliant, efficient, and supportive of a culture of care.
Requirements
- Required Education And Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Business, human resource, or related field or equivalent experience. Minimum of three (3) years experience in workplace accommodations or related experience.
- Demonstrate knowledge of, and applying local, state, and federal laws related to the interactive process and accommodations in an employer setting.
Qualifications
- None required.
Skills
- Knowledge of the intersection between ADA and FMLA.
- Advance knowledge of leave administration, FMLA, PFML, or other state or federal leave programs.
- Accommodations experience in a hospital and/or union-based environment.

$73,378.00 - $110,066.00 per year
