About the role

The primary responsibility of this role is to communicate with Fleet Managers regarding accident repairs, review high-cost repairs, issue purchase orders, monitor repair progress, and build reports to monitor vehicle activity.

Responsibilities

  • Communicates with Fleet Managers to approve or deny accident repairs.
  • Reviews high cost repairs with Fleet Management and service providers.
  • Reviews and issues purchase orders to National Account providers and independent shops.
  • Maintains regular communication with Fleet Managers and body shops.
  • Monitors repair progress and expedites as necessary.
  • Builds reports to monitor vehicle activity.
  • Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Education and/or Training: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • ASE Certifications or iCar Certifications are preferred but not required.
  • Additional education, certifications, or other distinctions are a plus.
  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs.
  • Relevant Work Experience: 1-3 years’ body shop experience preferred.
  • Some auto/truck body repair expertise is preferred.

Pay

Competitive wages starting in the range of $24.65 - $35.13 USD per hour, commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location.
