About the role
The primary responsibility of this role is to communicate with Fleet Managers regarding accident repairs, review high-cost repairs, issue purchase orders, monitor repair progress, and build reports to monitor vehicle activity.
Responsibilities
- Communicates with Fleet Managers to approve or deny accident repairs.
- Reviews high cost repairs with Fleet Management and service providers.
- Reviews and issues purchase orders to National Account providers and independent shops.
- Maintains regular communication with Fleet Managers and body shops.
- Monitors repair progress and expedites as necessary.
- Builds reports to monitor vehicle activity.
- Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Education and/or Training: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- ASE Certifications or iCar Certifications are preferred but not required.
- Additional education, certifications, or other distinctions are a plus.
- Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs.
- Relevant Work Experience: 1-3 years’ body shop experience preferred.
- Some auto/truck body repair expertise is preferred.

Pay
Competitive wages starting in the range of $24.65 - $35.13 USD per hour, commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location.
