Patient Access

Provides customer-service coverage and assumes responsibility for successful financial outcomes of all patient services.

• Schedules appointments
• Registers patients
• Transcribes orders
• Verifies insurance
• Coverage by phone
• Data entry
• Filing protected health information (PHI)
• Processes patient referrals
• Collects payments

Department Specific Job Details

• Shift: Flexible schedule (all shifts)
• Every 3rd weekend
• Floated to Main ED, South ED and Huber Heights location

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED required
• Customer service (front desk/patient facing) experience preferred
• Healthcare experience preferred
